Hi Parents - just a quick reminder that practices start a week from Monday (first day is May 13th)! We're looking forward to getting the season started and meeting our new swimmers. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Practice Info

May 13 - May 22 (Monday through Friday)

• 6 and Under 4:30 - 5:00 PM
• 8 and Under 5:00 - 5:30 PM
• 10 and Under 5:30 - 6:00 PM
• 11 and Over 6:00 - 6:30 PM

Starting Thursday, May 23rd, we shift to morning practices through the end of the season:

• 6 and Under 8:30 - 9:00 AM
• 8 and Under 9:00 - 9:30 AM
• 10 and Under 9:30 - 10:15 AM
• 11 and Over 10:15 - 11 AM

Swimsuit Info:

If your swimmer needs a new suit for the season, we've set up an online store with SwimAndTri. It's not mandatory to have a River Forest suit - we just recommend that you have one close to our team color, which is royal blue (similar to what you see in the online store). You will also see other items related to the team with our River Forest logo...also completely optional, but a great way to show team spirit!
